SHIPPING POLICY


We provide FREE Standard ground shipping for certain orders.

Shipping Information:
To receive your order on time, please provide all the required information:

​At Nmoah, we take pride in providing our customers with the best shipping experience possible. We understand that receiving your order quickly is important, so we strive to ship orders as soon as possible. We visit the post office twice a week to ship orders, so your package will be shipped on either Tuesday or Friday depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 pm GMT will be processed the next shipping date. Currently, we offer 2 options of shipping: Standard Post by Ghana Post and DHL Express shipping.

Standard post

We provide standard shipping by Ghana Post for all orders. However, standard shipping does not come with tracking for reasons beyond my control! Please allow up to 10-20 business days for delivery. Your package will be delivered to you or dropped by the courier at the given address even if you are not physically present. Please note that this is an estimate, as transit times may vary due to factors out of my control.

Express Post

DHL is also available for faster delivery. It usually takes about 3-7days depending on your location. DHL, on the other hand, provides you with a tracking number. If you need your package tracked within a short number of days, please contact me to get a quote for you to have them shipped via DHL.

If your package hasn’t been delivered in the estimated time, which is very unlikely, please contact me via email or here on Nmoah.com 

I reserve the right to change these days based on when the items are ready for shipping.

Order Status:
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number / shipment receipts from the post office, and a package tracking link (DHL Express). To track an order on nmoah.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. Damaged Products:

We understand that shipping is a crucial part of the customer experience. We strive to provide the best possible shipping service for our customers. We package our products with care and use quality materials to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, during sorting, packages sometimes open and items fall out, or post office machines sometimes crush items and these packages are delivered empty with a damaged stamp sealed onto the envelope. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments; however, we will do our best to investigate and work with the shipping carrier to help resolve any issues that may arise. In the rare event that your package is delayed or lost, we ask that you please try to file a claim with your post office. Unfortunately, due to the international nature of our business, claims cannot be filed from foreign countries. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help. Eventually if a refund has to be issued, ONLY the total amount MINUS SHIPPING will be refunded to you. This is so because the package was shipped but due to no fault of mine, your items were not delivered. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please contact us for assistance.
